How it works, from one request in the chat
Here's the flow for a carousel. A single post works the same way.
- You askIn ChatGPT or Claude, you ask for a post or a carousel for one of your brands, for example a 4-slide carousel posted Thursday at 6 pm.
- Your AI writesYour AI reads the brand kit through the ReBrandOS connector, including the voice, the words to avoid, and the clients to keep private, and writes the draft.
- ReBrandOS checksIf the draft names a client the brand keeps private, ReBrandOS refuses it. Words the brand avoids, emoji the brand doesn't use, and more than five hashtags are flagged, so you can fix them.
- You approveAn approve-and-schedule card in the chat shows the brand, the account, the time, the format, and the caption exactly as it will publish. If anything changes after your yes, nothing is committed.
- It publishesScheduled posts appear in your ReBrandOS calendar, and you can ask your AI for their publishing status at any time.
How your AI learns what to post next
After you publish, ReBrandOS collects results for each post. You can ask your AI what worked over the last 7 to 365 days, and it breaks the results down by content pillar, format, network, and time of day, with your top five posts.
You can also ask what to post next. You get one to eight suggestions: the pillars you haven't covered for the longest, with the format, network, and time slot that did best, and the reason for each one. A group with fewer than three posts is never treated as a winner, so early results don't steer the suggestions.
Each time you approve a post as it is, approve it with edits, or reject it, ReBrandOS records it. Your most recent approved posts become voice samples for the next drafts.
What an AI social media manager does and doesn't do
We'd rather you know the limits before you sign up.
- You bring the AI. ReBrandOS doesn't write the posts itself. Your ChatGPT or Claude writes them, and ReBrandOS keeps them on brand, gets them approved, and publishes them.
- You approve every plan. ReBrandOS schedules a post only after you approve the exact plan. For client brands, you can also require the client's approval by link.
- Metrics depend on the network. ReBrandOS collects metrics for Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok, and likes and comments for LinkedIn. It doesn't collect metrics for Threads or Pinterest.
- TikTok posts are private for now. On TikTok, posts stay private until TikTok finishes reviewing ReBrandOS.
- The MCP connector works with Claude, and with ChatGPT where connectors are available. There's also a REST API with developer keys you control.
